1. GETTING STARTED
We’re so excited for you to try out a Zoop workout with your friends and family! Here’s a quick walkthrough to get you started.
1. Scheduling a Session
We have upper body, lower body, and full body workouts that take place on different days in the week. Browse through our exercise timetable and pick a session that you’d like to try out with your friends. Next, pick a date and time that works best for everyone.
2. Receiving Your Magic Link
Once you’ve submitted your request for a magic Zoop link, our team will create a private, online workout room and email the link to you along with a calendar invite.
3. Share and Enjoy!
You can share the magic link and the calendar invite with up to 3 others since the room can only accommodate a maximum of 4 people at a time.
For the best Zoop experience, we’d recommend using Zoop on a laptop, PC or tablet with a large display. Landscape mode works really well! 😊

2. PAYMENT CENTRAL
1. Receival of Receipts
Your receipt will be emailed to you along with the link to your unique, private workout room. If, for any reason, you haven’t received the receipt for your payment, please email us via hello@zoopit.xyz with the subject line ‘Request for Receipt’.
2. Accepted Payment Methods
At Zoop, we use Stripe to facilitate payments. You can use just about any payment method on Stripe, so we’re able to accept payments using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay!
Unfortunately, we cannot accept IOUs at this time.
Heads up: Your payment processor may charge an exchange rate fee depending on your country’s currency.
3. Refund Policy
The Refund policy for any single-session booking or subscription is a full refund of the purchase price for any or no reason, within 14 days of receipt of your request.
That means you can process a refund for a session you purchased through us for any reason within 14 days and you'll be refunded in full. Not partially. Not with a fee. The whole pie (or cake).
Unfortunately, once the refund window has passed, you will not be able to process a refund within your account and we will not be able to process refund requests. ☹
All product/deal purchases are protected under this policy.
4. How long will me refund take?
Refunds are immediate on our part; however, please note your payment processor may take longer to post the funds in your account.
If you paid with a debit/credit card, please allow your bank 5 to 10 business days (M-F, excluding holidays) to post the funds. If you requested a refund within 24 hours of purchasing the deal, however, it may be processed as a purchase reversal and just disappear from your statement.
